These Terms govern your use of the Rent Event website and apps operated by Johnnie & Jane Boutique LLC.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your information accurate.
Vendors list and provide services. We facilitate discovery, booking, deposits, and payouts via Stripe Connect. Vendors remain independent businesses responsible for inventory, safety, and performance.
Deposits and balances are processed through Stripe. Platform fees and vendor payouts are described at checkout. Taxes and additional fees may apply.
See the Refund & Weather Policy for timelines and eligibility. A policy snapshot applies to each booking at the time of checkout.
No unlawful activity, fraud, or abuse of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
