Refund & Weather Policy

Effective date: October 2025

Deposits & Balances

• Deposit: 30% at booking (non-transferable between vendors).
• Balance: auto-charged 48 hours before the event.

Cancellations

• ≥ 14 days before event: deposit refunded minus processing fees.
• 7–13 days: 50% of deposit refunded.
• < 7 days: deposit non-refundable.

Weather

One (1) free reschedule within 60 days if unsafe conditions (e.g., high winds, lightning, flooding) are forecast for your time/location. Vendor availability applies.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timelines depend on your bank.
